If you're trying to log in for the first time in a while, you may get a blank screen, instead of the standard educator's login page.
If this happens, it's most likely that your web browser may have cached your login for you (most of the time that's super convenient!). We're constantly making improvements to the platform and occasionally these updates require that you clear your cached data by clearing your browser's cache and cookies. If you need help doing that, here's an article from Google on how to do this on Chrome. The process is pretty similar from browser to browser; but if you want specific instructions just do a web search for "clear cache and cookies on X" where "X" is your browser.
Once you get your cache and cookies all cleared, you should be able to see the login page and get to rockin' -- welcome back!
